We understand that sometimes an item may not perfectly fit your vision. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with transparency and respect, ensuring your experience remains as serene and positive as possible. Whether you are a culturally curious individual, an event planner orchestrating a celebration, or a home decor enthusiast, we are here to support you.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. All tags and protective coverings must be intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or receipt ready.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of custom and personalized craftsmanship, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Bulk Orders: This includes specially ordered Vinyl Lanterns, large quantities of Table Lanterns, or any items customized per discussions with our event planning team.
  • Opened Seasonal & Gift Items: Red Envelopes (Hong Bao) that have been opened or used.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.

This policy reflects our dedication to quality and the unique nature of our handcrafted and event-specific decorations.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Newark-based customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
  5. Completion: For exchanges, your replacement item will be shipped promptly. For refunds, please see the section below.

Refund Timeline & Method

Your prosperity and satisfaction are our priority. Refunds are processed with care and integrity.

  • Timeline: After we approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your original payment account.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not due to our error, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
