Important Note: We strive to represent product colors and designs accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, handmade nature, or material batches. Custom or bulk orders (e.g., special Vinyl Lanterns, large Table Lantern quantities) are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm order acceptance via email. All orders are processed with care within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia. Please review our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or seasonal demand. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes in your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Non-Returnable: Custom/bulk orders, opened Red Envelopes, and items marked “Final Sale.”
